The food was excellent, fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious! Every dish tasted made with care and quality ingredients. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was great. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

First time here as was staying in guest house next door Ordered chicken gyoza and chicken bits then beef Ramen Sapporo beer to help it down Must say it was very good. Well cooked and tasty Staff great Will go back next time here

The menu is simple and isn't overloaded.
I tried the chicken ramen and WOW, it was probably the best I've ever had. It was so fresh and delicious. Then I realised the chef was handmaking the noodles in the kitchen window and delicately piecing every dish together.
It's a real gem of a place and the service was excellent and friendly. The owners baby son was also walking around the tables saying hi to everyone which was a fun touch!
Highly recommend this place and I wish it was located in my country, I think I would eat there every week!- Servizio

The food is super delicious, the staff are super friendly and accommodating. You can see the chef cooking the food you ordered. I will highly recommend this place. They also have vegetarian food. THE BEST RAMEN IN ROME!!! ❤️

If you are looking for something different to pizza and pasta this is the place to go. The five of us all ordered different meals, the ramen and noodles were well cooked and not too spicy. At the tail end of our Italy vacation and was looking for a ramen stop to change it up from the local food we were eating on our trip. My son came across this place as we all love ramen and decided to roll the dice. Turned out to be one of the best gyoza and ramen bowls we ever had. Every ingredient was fresh and you had a first hand view of all the cooking by Chef through the glass from the dining area. We were amazed how chef kneaded and pulled his homemade ramen dough and turned it into fresh delicious noodles. We all had the Tan Tan Ramen as we love spicy and it was top notch. Let me guess, you’re searching for a restaurant that can give you a break from the constant flow of Italian pasta and cheese. Well, I can confirm that this place is the PERFECT palette cleanser. The udon and other pan fried noodles are perfection and a welcomed new flavor profile after 20 plates of spaghetti. Everything made fresh in front of you. Highly recommend!!

The restaurant is conveniently located nearby tram and bu stop Bernard. Da Feltre in Viale di Trastevere. We didn't make reservation on sunday afternoon but fortunately there was free table for us. The Ramen were delicious and authentic. We ordered Tan tan spicy ramen and Gyuniku Ramen which were delicious. Eventhough portion of the ramen was generous but we decided to still order few other things such as kaarage, gyoza and takoyaki which were also delicious. The sencha tea (japanese green tea) and Kirin beer were the perfect beverage companion with all those yummie food
We'll be back.
PS : Due to covid19 restriction, highly recommended to make reservation in advance. And they are very flexible, there was customer just arrived at 3.30 pm and they still served her (very rare as in Italy usually by 3 pm the kitchen is closed)Great service, tasty food. The staff were super kind even if you don’t speak Italian they try their best.

Very good Ramen for a reasonable price. My favorite was the Tan Tan. Staff is very nice and you can see them preparing the food through a window. Came here every week (sometimes more than once) for a delicious meal while studying abroad. A nice delicious break from Italian cuisine.
Fantastic flavours. Wonderful freshly made noodles and all dishes are prepared by the chefs. If i lived locally i would eat here every week. Absolutely wonderful food and polite service.

Honestly some of the best ramen I've ever had! They make the noodles right in front of you which is amazing to see. The curry was great as well and the staff was very accommodating. Highly recommend!
This place is amazing. The noodles are made as you watch! May be the best noodles I have ever tasted. Exceptional broth. The Ramen is outstanding. And I know Ramen! Highly recommend. Sorry about the photo! I got so busy eating I forgot to take a photo before I ate!
The food was amazing and the noodles are handmade. It was a very tranquil place, the food was very good and the service was amazing. Absolutely recommend if you are looking for proper ramen.
